This is a PCB from a Tiger River Spa (probably works with Hot Springs Spas too), and it is the heater relay board for the heater control. It looks like one of the relays has shorted (please look at dark spot on rear PCB picture). I bought a new board, but if you need some parts, or want to replace the relay, you can have this PCB. It's free, just pay for shipping only (contiguous US only).
