These filters are reusable in the sense that they can be easily cleaned therefore reusable and last alot longer than an original paper filter which only last a few days before needing replacing. Housing For filter not included You will need to remove this filter if you shock treat you spa hot tub inflatable or run High levels of chlorine as this will rapidly break the foam down. They will degrade quicker than normal if chlorine or bromine levels are to high or incorrect Use a warm soapy water mixture to clean out the foam filter which will then need to be thoroughly rinsed out after with clean water to remove all the suds Clean daily for longer life.
