Could be a number of things causing it. Your EASY-SCALE™️ descaling kit will help with water flow and significantly improve heating by descaling the pump and assist diagnosing if it’s pump or tub causing fault codes such as E02 as it’s used by separating the pump and the tub. . Simply separate the egg (pump) from the tub and attach your descaler to the egg, add water and the sachet of descaler supplied and heat for 30 mins on 40°C.

Rinse with fresh water and away you go! You’ve paid a lot of money for the hot tub so why not invest in insurance against limescale.
