Outside dimensions – 7’11” x 14’6” x 50” high, holds 1200 gallons of water. Buyer responsible for loading and pickup from private owner in Peterborough NH. Pool was only used only a handful of times. The swim spa requires a dedicated 220 volt/50 amp DIRECT WIRE system. It will require a 4 wire hook up (2 hots, a neutral and a ground) and the GFCI/Disconnect box needs to be supplied to you by your electrician.

Swim spa weighs (when full of water) 12,000 pounds so it is important that it sits on a solid foundation. Manufacturer recommends either concrete (4 inches of reinforced concrete or 6 inches of unreinforced concrete), wood decking (must be able to support 12,000 pounds or 120 lbs/square foot) or pavers (most professionally laid pavers are placed over a concrete pad.
