This unit is in reasonably good condition and the burner works well as do the air bubbles The Burberry and chimney are 700 alone apparently so a good bargain for someone Reason for spares and repair is that once full of water it loses 100 litres overnight. I suspect that one of the pipes for the bubbles has a crack - easily fixed If you have any questions let me know - still a good unit with lots of life yet Have a forklift so can load on a trailer here upon collection NO PayPal- bank transfer or cash on collection!!
