Any returned part(s) that show signs of installation or use will not be accepted. Electrical items must be returned to the manufactures designated repair facility for testing prior to repair or replacement.
Handling of warranties is based on the manufactures discretion, they will determine if the item is to be refunded, repaired or replaced. Replacement components are only sent out after an item has been deemed defective by the manufacture repair facility.
