-All returns requests must be completed through the classifieds board return system. -Returns must be in brand new condition: unused, uninstalled products that include the original manuals, warranty card(s), and packaging. The packaging must be resealed with clear packing tape. If a product is not returned in the conditions outlined above, a product loss fee may be applied. The product loss fee is determined once the item is returned.
This fee can range from 20%-50%.
