This Watkins control head #71920 or #37887 is basically in new condition. It has been tested and works perfectly! It was only used for testing in a shop and was never installed in a hot tub. This control head has been discontinued by the manufacturer. This is the Replacement Control Head (backside of the control panel bezel) with cable for the 1998-2000 Hot Spring Jetsetter, Prodigy, Sovereign, Classic, Grandee and Landmark, Prodigy spa models.

NOTE: THIS CONTROL HEAD HAS THE SEVEN(OR 14)PIN CONNECTOR. IT WILL ONLY CONNECT TO AN IQ2000 WITH A SEVEN( OR 14)PIN CONNECTOR Note: This is a low voltage control head that has since replaced the fiber optic controls on the 1998-1999 Hot Spring Classic, Grandee, Landmark and Sovereign spa models. You can use this control head, however, your fiber optic Aux Control Panel is not compatible. Fiber optic aux panels connect onto the backside of this control head with three individual wires versus a RJ-45 connector (looks like a bigger phone jack connector) Note: I do not accept returns on electrical items. This item has been tested and works perfectly.

I have all original equipment inside my Watkins/Hot Springs Landmark Hot Tub--including the IQ 2000 control board. Several of the buttons on my front control head are not working, so I need to replace the control head. The control I have now connects with a 14-pin connector and has the phone jack type connector for the auxiliary control panel. My serial number is SQ4B1031. Will this work on my hot tub? The pictures look similar to what I have now.

You seem to be an EXPERT as it pertains to the Watkins/Hotsprings tub and I was wondering if you might be able to answer a question. I recently found an original 71920 control board with the 14 pin connector, but it missing the Fiber Optic Aux cables which my current bad board has.. This probably means its a low voltage control head. In a previous posting you say that you can still use this board as a replacement, so my question is - what will not work since I can't plug in the three Fiber Optic Aux cables. I REALLY APPRECIATE ANY INSIGHT. THX AGAIN.

Hi! I am looking to buy this part. I have the original 2000 grandee setup. G2b1279. I am not interested in buying the upgraded head, the electrical panel and the light as it will run me $1000. This part should be the perfect replacement. My jet buttons and light buttons are not working. I'm assuming it's this part that I would need. The tub is otherwise in a great condition.
