Softub T220 digital display, C-2006 board. Display reads normally, temp up/down works ok. Pressing Jets button: relay clicks, motor runs less than 1/2 sec then shuts off. Connected 120v direct to motor and it runs fine. Bypassed GFI, same failure symptoms. Reseated all connectors, no joy. Same results with sensors disconnected. Measured 20 VDC on electrolytic capacitors near power supply. Too high? since one is rated 16V. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
