Dear Hot-Tubs-USA,
My tub is working and the L500 is "working" except for the display which only is partially readable now. I understand why you don't want to allow a return, however, I am concerned that the unit replacement arrives, and it doesn't work ... and I am out the $93. Can you give me any lee-way on returning it if it doesn;t work?
